The Helena Business and Professional Association will also meet at Big Mountain Coffee this Tuesday, May 5 at 8am. The HBPA is very involved in the community, and I’m sure a topic of conversation will be the upcoming Buck Creek Festival, taking place next weekend in Old Town Helena. There is also networking at this informative meeting, so it’s a great opportunity to meet local business people taking part in community involvement.

I close as I listen to the squeak of the favorite toy (of the moment) by my puppy who is recovering from surgery. I’ve dipped my toes in at facebook, but can’t get very excited about Twitter for some reason. If you think it’s useful, it’s possible I will be swayed. Please share your experiences!

The laws of reciprocity are in full force and it’s both fun and rewarding to see it all unfold. I hear of so many things that are happening behind the scenes and it’s an awesome feeling. Watching everyone band together to help each other and truly succeed in trying times makes me proud to be surrounded by such awesome people.

It’s an awesome feeling to look back and follow the path to present day life and see drastic improvement. Have you taken steps to improve any areas of your life? Do you look back and see where you were vs where you are now? I do that on occassion and see such drastic improvements that it motivates me to go out and do more. As with anything else, the key is to be in action. If you challenge yourself to make improvements in your life, you need to go out and make it happen. It’s a rewarding feeling when you succeed, and it is encouraging to keep on that path.

The weekend is upon us, and it appears that it will be a pretty one. I think it will actually be rain-free (for a change) and I don’t think we’ll need a jet ski to get around town. For me, it has made me get some of those pink golf balls out of the closet … they are sitting there waiting to hit the golf bag. It’s going to be a good weekend, spent with good friends. I actually get to look forward to that for the next three weekends. I hope that you are surrounded by as many good people as I am, and are as happy and content in your life as I am.
