Another week has drawn to a close, and this time we find ourselves less than a week away from Christmas. How did that happen so quickly?
This week we had our last Sips for Success meeting of the year. Thanks to the generosity of our Sippers, the backseat of my car was packed full with an assortment of goodies for the Ronald McDonald House. We had toys (that will light up the faces of some children on Christmas morning), kitchen accessories, household goods and more (as well as money that will house a family for almost two weeks!). Thank you so much for giving of yourself and extending our spirit of giving.
Also relating to Sips for Success, we heard a great example of how members of the group have benefitted from being a part of it. People are closing business, meeting valuable alliances, and supporting each other tremendously. There’s also a great example in the works of one referral travelling to several in the group, which is a part of the beauty of being a part of the team. Keep up the good work, Sippers, and continue to help each other and make business happen! If you truly put in the work between the meetings, Sips will be a huge benefit to your business.
As the frenzy of holiday parties and shopping winds down, take time to evaluate 2008. How did it go this year - personally and professionally? Did you reach your goals? Did you improve yourself? As we go into 2009, now is the time to set our goals (personally and professionally) and make our plans to reach them.
